While it’s true that her career in corporate finance and the bright lights of the entertainment industry has been rewarding, its greatest value is the one brought to her real estate clients. Ms. Patillo has learned to exceed expectations of clients through a career of service and hard work.

Her professional journey started with a successful corporate finance and legal career in Seattle, Washington. Ms. Patillo was called away from corporate life to manage her sister’s singing career in the early to mid-80′s, when she moved to Los Angeles and toured extensively across the U.S. and the Pacific Rim.

Drawn back to the financial world by Dick Clark Productions, Patillo became Investment Manager, where she was instrumental in taking the company public. After five productive years with Clark in a small family-oriented setting, Patillo was soon recruited to Motown Productions as a liaison between entertainment legends Berry Gordy and Suzanne de Passe.

Motown was quick to recognize Patillo’s talents, and upon interviewing with Ms. de Passe, their instant rapport convinced them it was a perfect match. Starting as Financial Analyst, Patillo’s insight, training and intuitive decision-making abilities led her quickly to rise to the role of Director of Finance and Administration.

Patillo was aggressive in helping to grow the world famous motion picture company with Suzanne de Passe and colleague Suzanne Coston. de Passe Entertainment credits include “Lonesome Dove” (nominated for 17 Emmy Awards taking home 7); the highly rated mini-series, “The Jackson’s – An American Dream;” hit television series “Sister-Sister” and “Smart Guy;” The ABC Documentary “Motown 40-The Music is Forever;” and most recently, the highly rated NBC Mini-Series, “The Temptations.”

After an eclectic and stimulating 15 year career with de Passe Entertainment, Patillo
combined her entrepreneurial vision and love for people to open a weight management body salon called Madame et Monsieur in Pasadena. Patillo’s salon promoted a holist approach to weight management, body toning, and total wellness.

Featured in CBS Special Assignment, Spa Magazine, Heart & Soul Magazine, Sister 2 Sister Magazine and more, the salon’s stunning success brought a great deal of personal satisfaction to Toni. More important, however, was that hundreds of clients raved about her passionate and empowering attitude, which she was to soon carry into a real estate career.

After selling Madame et Monsieur, Patillo began coaching individuals and companies to reach beyond themselves to achieve extraordinary goals. With her extensive financial and administrative background, combined with her acute understanding of the entrepreneurial mindset, Patillo works with some of the most recognized names in the health and beauty, entertainment, sports and real estate industries.

Ms. Patillo is currently the Broker of Record for the Keller Williams Santa Monica and Pacific Palisades Market Centers and is a member of the ALC (Associate Leadership Council aka Board of Directors) for the KW Santa Monica Market Center, the Beverly Hills Board of Realtors, the Southland Regional Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors and, the National Association of Realtors and PartnersFirst, a Nationwide Real Estate Network that specializes in Pre-foreclosure. Toni has multiple certifications and designations in Distressed Properties, REO’s, Pre-Foreclosures and Short Sales.

At the KW Market Centers, she oversees the sales production of over 250 sales agents. Toni has consistently achieved the top 3% of all Sales Professionals within both the Prudential and Keller Williams, real estate networks nationally. Toni is a recipient of the 2011 Quadruple Gold International Medallion Award and has been named Millionaire Systems Innovator of the Year for the masterful implementation of her Short Sale business model.

While her specialty is listing residential housing with a strong focus on distressed properties, including short sales, pre-foreclosures, and bank-owned properties, she’s expanding her mastery into the Commercial marketplace. Toni is the Principal and Broker of Record for LA City Short Sales, a Listing and Negotiations Company that is dedicated to assisting distressed property owners. The company services a pipeline of over 60 properties on a monthly basis.

Toni is currently the host of Call Toni Real Estate Radio, a weekly radio show broadcast in the Greater Los Angeles Area on Clear Channel’s KTLK 1150 AM.
